RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Vie Active, we always want you to be delighted with your purchase! But let’s face it, sometimes it doesn’t fit, you don’t like the feel, or it just wasn’t what you were expecting. So if for any reason you don’t love your Vie Active purchase you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of order. Please note: sale items are non-refundable and are final sale.
Please note that there are strictly no exchanges or refunds on sale/promotional items or Vie Active accessories. Please follow the instructions below to process your return:
- Email email@example.com obtain an RA#
- We will email you a return form and RA#.
- Fill out form in its entirety, specifying the reason for your return, as well as if you are returning for a refund, credit, or exchange.
- Ship the product back to one of the addresses below.
- All AU and international orders should be returned to the AU warehouse.

Items must be returned in perfect condition. This means unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items must also be returned within 14 days of receipt of order. Proof of purchase is required for all returns, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
All returns and exchanges require an RA # - this is provided by Vie Active. All items should be mailed back to the nearest warehouse (US or Australia) and must include:
- Returns Authorization (RA) form
- The goods being returned
An RA form and number can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 3 working days for a response.
If you wish to make an exchange, please follow the return instructions above and specify you would like to exchange your item(s). All postage costs will be paid by the customer.
Should stock no longer be available for exchange, a refund will be made to you by crediting your account via your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
SALE AND PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
There are strictly no exchanges or refunds on sale/promotional items or Vie Active accessories.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into a foreign country outside of the United States or Australia are non-refundable to the customer and will not be paid for by Vie Active on any orders or exchanges.
We at Vie Active stand behind our high quality fabrics and their ability to perform under normal activity. Our product warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. However, damage due to accidents, wear and tear, or improper care are not covered under our warranty.
