  1. Drink bottle (Water is so important when working out)
  2. Lip gloss
  3. Sunscreen
  4. Towel
  5. Foam roller, muscle mate or hockey ball to massage out my muscle knots
  6. Deodorant
  7. Phone (with music)
  8. Piece of fruit
  9. A change of clothes in case the weather changes
  10. A diary to write my workout or any new exercises I have created
