Health conscious foodies have been having a love affair with Kale for some time now, and unless you have been hiding under a huge rock in the desert, you either know some of the nutritional benefits of this kinky leaved green, or at the very least know that there are nutritional benefits (you just don’t know what they are yet!). - One bunch of kale
- One bag of baby spinach
- 2 eggs
- Half a cup of cooked quinoa
- Half a cup of raw oat meal (you can use almond meal instead)
- Half a block of feta cheese
- Salt and pepper
