Weekend Beach Moves You Can Do With Friends

There's nothing like a Beach Session with your besties to motivate you to workout!
Our Co founder Noa, takes us through her favourite beach workout on the sand.
Move 1: Lunges (12 each side)
Do 12 Stationary Lunges on Each Leg, Keep the front knee tracking in line with the ankle and drop the back knee to the ground.
Move 2: Squats/ Squat Jumps (20 - 10 fast jumps, 10 slow squats)
Make sure you drop below parrallel on your squat to activate your glutes and hamstrings.
Move 3: Partnered Push Ups (10 push ups)
Can be performed on your knees or your toes.
Move 4: Shuttle Runs (4 x 25m)
Move 5: Burpees (10 reps)
Jump up, Jump into a push up position, lower the chest then hips, then jump back up.
Complete this 3-4 rounds through!
