What makes you FLAWSOME?

I'm a nerd through and through...dork doesn't even begin to cover it! I love watching Game of Thrones, laughing at my own jokes and I'm not afraid to be my goofy self at anytime. But I wasn't always that way, it took me many years to realize that true beauty happens when you allow yourself to be who you really are!

What’s your active life mantra?

Good things come to those who sweat!

Why do you love about being a trainer?

I fell in love with being a trainer, as because where I work the workout is actually really fun and allows you to get in touch with your inner strength and dig deeper than you thought you were capable of. You are inspired to push your boundaries and change from the inside out! This is the foundation I use when it comes to my riders too! I want everyone who takes a class with me to leave the room feeling stronger than when they entered.

How do stay fit?

I love to crosstrain! Your body will eventually hit a plateau if you continuously do the same workout over and over. My favorite thing to get my heart rate up in addition to spinning is circuit training! TrainingMate is my favorite spot for that in LA! Hot Aussies in short-shorts teach the classes and crack jokes the entire time! So I'm cracking up (bonus ab workout!) and toning my body with the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) It's a great combo!

1 minute wall sit

10 burpees

20 split lunges

1 minute plank hold

3 rounds...READY, SET, GO!

How do you nourish your body?

Protein shakes are my jam! I use a vegan plant based protein and get creative with what I add in my Nutribullet! Chocolate, banana and almond butter is my favorite and it tastes like a dessert but also helps to repair your muscles after a workout. :)

What are your three favourite ‘health’ tips?

-My mom told me my entire life to eat whatever I want, but IN MODERATION! If you cut everything delicious out of your diet, you'll drive yourself crazy!

-Stay hydrated! Lots and lots of H2O is essential before, after and during any workout. It's also the best thing for your skin to look fresh and vibrant.

- Always keep snacks with you! I have zip lock bags of almonds or fruit on hand at all times! It helps me to not make poor eating choices when hunger strikes!
