Noa's Post Workout Smoothie

At Vie Active we love our Smoothies - and consuming a protein and nutrient packed smoothie post workout is one of the best ways to help your body recover, increase nutrient absorption and maximize fat loss.

Our Co Founder Noa is famous around the office for making Amazing Green Smoothies and here's our Favorite Tried and Tested Recipe

What You Need:

1/2 an Avocado

1 Scoop of Vegan Protein Powder (We love NuZest, Aloha Superfoods or Sun Warrior)

1 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds

1 Scoop of Greens Powder (We Love NuZest Good Green Stuff)

1 Cup of Spinach or Kale

1/2 Banana

1 Cup of Almond Milk (Or milk of your choice - we also love coconut and hemp milk)

Sprinkle of Bee Pollen to top

What To Do:

Simply blend all ingredients together and enjoy this creamy smoothie.
