3 Healthy Smoothie Recipes to Keep You on Track with the Changing Seasons

Seasons change but our pursuit of the daily sweat doesn’t. Try out some of our tried-and-true healthy smoothies to keep you at your best no matter what the season.  

This smoothie combines the vitamin C power of mango with turmeric, an anti-inflammatory. This blend gives me the energy boost I need in the mornings to keep up with my kids and my business.

Sunrise Kicker

½ cup of Mango 

½ cup of Kale

½ Banana 

½ tbsp Turmeric

½ tbsp Cinnamon 

½ tbsp Ginger 

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1 tbsp Honey 

I cup of Almond Milk


Who doesn’t need a little chocolate now and then? Combine it with spinach (honest, it’s delicious!) and you also get your greens! Chia seeds pack protein, fiber, and omega-3s and important minerals like calcium and phosphorus.

Chocolate Crave 

I cup of Spinach  

1 Banana

½ tbsp of Vanilla Extract 

2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder

1 cup of Almond Milk 

3 tbsp Chia Seeds 


Blueberries are a powerful anti-oxidant. They’re low in fat, high in magnesium and contain good amounts of vitamin C. The avocado gives this smoothie a rich, smooth texture and fills me up without making me feel full. I love this smoothie as a morning kickstarter or an afternoon pick-me-up!

 Blues Buster 

1 cup of Blueberries 

1 ½ cups of Mango

½ an Avocado 

1 tbsp of Chia Seeds 

1 tsp Maca Powder 

1 tbsp of Honey 

2 tbsp of Almond Butter 

1 ½ cup of Coconut Water 


Sip, and enjoy!
