Burn, Bunny, Burn by the BUF Girls

The girls from Bottoms Up Fitness share a workout that you can do from the workout of your living room to burn off all those Easter bunnies you've been thinking about.

BURN, BUNNY, BURN

This is a Tabata style workout aimed at revving up your metabolism and helping you burn fat throughout the day. Repeat 2-3 times to work off those chocolate bunnies you will be eating. 

Each set is 4 minutes

Do Exercise 1 for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds then do exercise 2 for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and then repeat 4 times before moving onto the next set.

Single Leg Rabbit Hops (aka jump squats)

Decline Push Ups

 

Set #2 (find a step outdoors or use a chair)

Bunny Hops (aka Squat jumps)

Tricep dips

 

Set #3

Lateral Jump Lunges

Mountain Climbers

 

Repeat x 3
