The team at Vie Active HQ, live and breath an active lifestyle - both in and out of the office. So our favourite day of the week (besides Tasty Treat Thursday) is none other than - Team Workout Tuesday!! This week's workout was with the good people at Virgin Active, Moore Park to holistically get one step further to living #happilyeveractive. 

Our trainer for the afternoon, Mark, took #teamvieactive through their 30minute HIIT class "THE GRID". It encompassed a mixture of cardio and resistance training to get your heart beat up and running. 
We split into pairs and attacked each section of "THE GRID" with all of our Vie Active might. Smashing the ropes, spinning the bike, pulling the rower, climbing ladders (which felt like mountains), lunging our way around the world (or at least for 45 seconds), lifting our Vipers and experiencing the Curved treadmill (there are only four of these bad boys in the country and Virgin Active have two of them).

But WAIT - there's MORE!! After polishing ourselves off after a hefty #sweatsession, #teamvieactive realised it wasn't time to say goodbye just yet. We wanted to "hang around" a little more for some Antigravity Yoga, and what a treat it was; with another fabulous instructor (whose name was also Mark).
