Yoga Flow Sequence
We caught up with 'Yoga Kiss' aka Kat Harding who has just released her first ever ebook - Get Active, Nourish and Be Grateful - she is an amazing #sweatprofessional and a constant inspiration - and she was lovely enough to share her favourite yoga flow sequence with us!
Always remember to warm up with 3 to 5 sets of Sun Salutations A or B before beginning your yoga sequence. The aim of that is to stretch your spine (most importantly) in all directions and to create warmth internally in your body before you begin your practice. Use your full inhale or exhale as you move into each pose and remember – it’s not just the end result, the movement in between counts too.

Enjoy! xx
