200ml Almond milk (We also love Coco Quench Coconut Milk)

1 tspn cacao powder

1 tspn peanut butter

1/2 banana

1 tspn chia seeds

1 serve of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein (We love Rich Chocolate)

Blend all ingredients, top with cacao nibs and enjoy! xx

Why we love it!

Cacao is packed full of magnesium which helps relax and repair muscles post workout (Chocolate milk has been named one of the best workout recovery drinks - so this is like a healthy version). Cacao also gives you heaps of energy to help you power through the day!

Peanut butter is packed full of good fats (just makes sure you pick a brand with 100% peanuts) and will help keep you fuller for longer.
