Reboot Workout Day 2 - Warrior by Zova

Welcome to Day 2 of the #DoMoreBeMoreReboot!
Today you will be proving that strong is the new sexy with a weights based circuit!
As part of our reboot we have teamed with our friends at Zova to bring you seven amazing workouts (all of which you can download on their app and take anywhere - check it out here) and today's workout is a strength circuit.
This circuit focuses more on TUT (Time Under Tension) than progressive overload to help strengthen and tone your muscles.
We believe weights based training is essential for any exercise regime, as it has amazing benefits including:
- After strength training you continue to burn calories long after the workout is done
- Strength training will make you stronger and more efficient at your other workouts, which means you'll see results faster
- Strength training keeps everything tight and toned!
- The more muscle you have the more calories you burn (we like the sound of that!)

Warrior by Zova
- 20 Dumbbell Sumo Squats
- 20 Dumbbell Alternating Lunges
- 10 Incline Push ups
- 10 Tricep dips
- Mountain Climbers (60 seconds)
- Russian Twist (45 seconds)
- Rehydrate (20 seconds)
- Repeat 3 times! (or 4 for a challenge)
