Urban Warrior Protein Smoothie
200ml Natural Raw C Coconut Water
1 Sachet Urban Warrior Protein from Green Smoothie Co
1 Frozen banana
Handful of bee pollen
1 Tspn of cinnamon
1 Tspn of Maca Powder
A sprinkle of chia seeds
Blend with Ice

Green Lean Detox Smoothie
1 cup of Spinach
1 cup of Kale
1/2 an avocado
1 tspn coconut oil
200ml Natural Raw C coconut water
1 Sachet Urban Warrior Protein from Green Smoothie Co

1 sachet of Green Smoothie Co Brain Food
1/2 banana
Blend with Ice

Protein Oats
1/2 cup of rolled oats or quinoa flakes
1 Sachet Urban Warrior Protein from Green Smoothie Co
1 cup of water
1 tspn of cinnamon
1tbspn of cacao
a sprinkle of cacao nibs
Add all ingredients into a pan a stir slowly until porridge consistency (about 3 minutes) or place all ingredients stirred in microwave for 90 seconds.
Top with sliced berries.
Make it easier ....

Just mix Green Smoothie Co Triple C Oats and Urban Warrior Protein with some water and cook x

Cacao Buckwheat Slice
1 cup of cacao powder
1 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of bee pollen
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
3/4 cup of activated buckwheat kernels
1 tbsp of raw honey

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a slice tray lined with baking paper. Pop in freezer for 20 minutes or until hard and then cut into squares.

Power Protein Smoothie
1 sachet of Urban Warrior Protein by Green Smoothie Co
1 tbsp of Cacao powder
1 cup of almond milk or Natural Raw C coconut water
Add Ice and Shake
(This is a great little recipe as you can bring a protein shaker with the Urban Warrior Protein and cacao in the shaker and a small bottle of Natural raw C and combine and shake at the afternoon at work)
