A Celeb Inspired Core Workout

Inspired by the gorgeous Emmy Rossum and Nicole Trunfio showing their tight, toned abs in their Vie Active gear we were inspired to hit the mat and give our abs a bit of a workout too!
The trick to 'Celeb Abs' otherwise known as a taut, toned and lengthy mid section is focusing on movements that not only crunch (and shorten) the abs muscles but also exercises that lengthen (and stretch) the ab muscles whilst they get a workout. Try this super simple ab routine to get you on your way to 'Celeb Abs'.
Tip: For the incline walking, walk at approximately 5km an hour on the highest gradient you can go without holding on. This gives your hamstrings a good workout while also activating your core.
Try this twice a week and you'll be on your way to abs like Emmy in no time!
