What better Valentine's present than a free workout! Next week's #MoveYourBodyLoveYourBody workout is hosted by our lovely friends at Barre Body. Barre body workouts combines yoga, pilates and ballet barre conditioning to tone your whole body (think long and lean like a ballet dancer!!). Come join us for a free workout next Friday 21st February at 6.30am at the Bondi Junction studio.
