  • What are the benefits of wearing this range when training?It is super soft and comfortable, and is breathable, so unlike some materials that don't breathe, the merino fabric feels great on the skin.
  • How does this enhance your workout? and post workout?If I build up a bit of a sweat working out, it doesn't feel sticky, due to the fabric's moisture wicking quality. So no cold and wet feeling!

  • Typical breakfast: A green smoothie (a banana, Kale, Organic milk and yogurt, Maca powder, Flaxseed meal, Vital Greens, Coconut oil, and a handful of ice)
  • What’s your ultimate healthy meal? A Fillet of Salmon cooked to crisp the skin, with sweet potato mash, broccolini, and a balsalmic reduction. Delicious!
  • What are your makeup must-haves? Mascara, lip gloss, and blush or bronzing powder. Oh and tinted sunscreen!
  • What’s always in your gymbag? A yoga mat and towel.
  • Best active holiday you’ve ever taken: A surprise trip to Lord Howe Island for my 30th birthday. My husband proposed there after a massive hike to an amazing look out.
  • What totally relaxes you? Yoga, meditation, and swimming in the ocean.
  • What’s your biggest vice? Pushing myself too far. I am more mindful of this now though.
  • What was the last thing you recommended to a friend? To not play by the ‘rules’ after a date, and to contact the guy she went out with. He is now her boyfriend.
  • What’s always in your fridge? Organic milk, yogurt, healthy vegies to make salads, and a box of apples.
  • What would we be surprised to find in your fridge: Some jams and spreads in the back corner. I can’t even tell you how old they are because I never use them!!

  • Your latest obsession: Working on HONEY. I am unbelievably excited to be developing my business.
  • Number one reason for living an active life: To feel the best I can feel from the inside out.
  • Message you’d send to the world. That life is too short to be doing things that you don’t really care about, or to be spending it with people that don’t add value to your life. There are so many distractions we face today, and people really need to be mindful about getting sucked into them, rather than spending it with the people they love, and doing things that truly make them happy. We get each moment once. Make it count.
