  • What are the benefits of wearing this range when training? All the pieces fit so perfectly and comfortably that when I am training, I never have to adjust or pull on my clothes to put them in place, they just sit so nicely allowing me to perform at my best with no distractions.
  • How does this enhance your workout? and post workout? The super light merino fabric is so soft and comfortable on the skin, making working out in them a pleasure. I always workout better when I am completely comfortable in my clothes and all of the Vie Active gear allows me to go about my workout with ease.

  • Sunrise or Sunset workout? Which do you prefer? Neither, I don’t function so well at either of those times, mid morning sessions for me only
  • Typical workout: Weights, a mixture of heavy lifting and circuit style training. Lots of squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows and chin ups
  • Typical breakfast: Scrambled eggs with sauerkraut and baby spinach
  • What’s your ultimate healthy meal? Scrambled eggs with steamed green veggies tossed through and a sprinkle of grated fresh haloumi cheese and dried mint, absolute favourite breakfast or even lunch
  • What are your makeup must-haves? Korres liquid foundation, mascara, bronzer and Hurraw coconut lip balm
  • What’s always in your gymbag? Water, weightlifting gloves, weightlifting belt and squat shoes, I know seems quite hardcore, I just like to train safely when I lift heavier weights.
  • Best active holiday you’ve ever taken: My honeymoon in the US, we (and our wallets) stayed very active shopping everyday.
  • What totally relaxes you? Lying on the couch with my family and chatting together, watching meaningless reality tv and reading magazines
  • What’s your biggest vice? Dates and activated nuts, so good for you, but I can really over do it sometimes
  • What was the last thing you recommended to a friend? Fish Oil
  • What’s always in your fridge? Lots of fresh organic produce; eggs, meat, basically every green veggie known to man
  • What would we be surprised to find in your fridge: Actually in the freezer, Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream, but its not for me, its my husbands favourite. Ok, so I may have a spoonful or two once in a blue moon, it’s the only food in the house with refined sugar in it, he refuses the subsitutes.
  • Your style icon: Kate Moss, always looking effortlessly cool and chic (minus the cigarettes of course)
  • Your "healthy living" hero: My husband, the most intelligent, strongest and passionate person I know

  • Your latest obsession: Raw date and cashew bars with extra activated pecans with every mouthful
