Top 10 things always in my gym bag!

  1. Coconut water to hydrate
  2. Some sort of green superfood powder like Vital Greens or NuZest (great to have post workout to protect body from stress which you just put your body under.
  3. New outfit to change into
  4. Bare Blends protein powder in cacao (pretty amazing with coconut water too!) ideally consumed 20 minutes post strength workouts
  5. My iPhone (never far from my side!)
  6. Lip balm
  7. Towel
  8. Some sort of raw treat I have made (this is currently my fav )
  9. A bunch of hair bands – nothing worse that hair in your face when exercising
  10. Deodorant. For obvious reasons!
