WARM UP
  • 5min of 30sec walk/30sec jog interval
  • good stretching
  • running exercises (high knees, side steps, skipping etc)
CIRCUIT
  • x10 push ups
  • x10 lunges
  • 1min plank
  • x50 crunches
  • x20 side plank lifts
  • x20 squats
  • x1 hill sprint (or 30m sprint on flat)

 

I usually do this circuit 3 times and add an extra sprint on the end if I want!
