Sunshine, fresh air, a cool breeze sometimes there's nothing better than a great outdoor workout and whether you want to get out for a run or try an outdoor circuit in the sunshine here is a round up of our favourite places to get your sweat on outdoors!
1. Bondi To Coogee
Yes we said it - If you want a killer workout try and go that little bit further and try for the full Bondi to Coogee walk or run. You get beautiful views, a hilly terrain and a two great butt busting sets of stairs.
Want to make it more of a strength workout, stop at each fitness station along the Bondi To Bronte Portion of the run to get in your fill of chin ups, tricep dips and more.
2. 1000 Steps Kokoda Track Memorial Walk
A great walk or run and a perfect way to work the glutes and butt. Can we hear you say - bubble butt!
3. Six Foot Track, Blue Mountain
Thinking of a weekend getaway add the Six Foot Track to your list of weekend trails to try, a beautiful hike with amazing scenery.
4. Rushcutter's Bay Park, Rushcutters Bay
The perfect place to put together a great bodyweight circuit with a beautiful view of the water. Not feeling like a circuit why not hire a kayak or paddleboard and get out in the water.
