5 Workouts You Need To Try By BodyPass

The Founders of BodyPass Sydney’s latest and hottest Workout Subcription sure know a good workout when they find one! Georgia and Carla have personally tried and tested every class on their network to ensure you get the sweat session you are after. Plus with studios in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane you can find the perfect workout all over Australia.

We sat down with Georgia and Carla to find out their top 5 can’t miss workouts from Spin to Barre and their top picks for where to try them out.

  1. Spin

    Fantastic cardio workout, tones muscles, burns fat, and gets you pretty fit pretty quick. It’s a fun way to work out with usually pretty banging beats that make the ride feel like it’s over in next to no time.

    Our favorite spin studios in Sydney are Vicious Cycle in Bondi Beach, Scenic cycle in the CBD & Youtopia Spin Rushcutters.
  2. Yoga

    It’s the perfect cure all. The best way to connect to your breath, your body and your life. It moves every part of your body, stretching tight muscles, strengthening joints and the big one; relieves stress. It reverses the tensions put on our bodies from sitting for hours at computers, picking up kids and general repetitive movements throughout the day.

    Our favourite studios are: Power living (Bondi and Bondi Beach), This Is Yoga (Clovelly), Hom Yoga (Darlinghurst), Fused to Move (CBD), House of Yoga (Redfern), Yoga Beyond (Mrs Macquaries Road), North Sydney Yoga (North Sydney), Qi Health and Yoga (Manly), The Yoga House (Gladesville), Yoga Sivana (Mosman), Yoga Pavilion (Artarmon) and Beyond Fitness (Crows Nest).
  3. Barre

    This will literally change your booty for the better. Dancing background not required. Barre classes are held in an indoor studio with a ballet barre on all 4 walls. The class usually consists of moves designed to tone and lengthen the body. Our favorite extends Barre quote is “ I don’t squat… I Plié). This workout is amazing for dudes too, so get involved.

  4. High Intensity Circuit Training

    Wanna sleep well? Then this work out is for you. If you don’t leave our favorite studios after doing one of these workouts dripping with sweat, then they weren’t on the Bodypass network. Have fun playing with vipers, ropes, straps & ladders (no this isn’t a scene from 50 shades of grey, but you will come out the other end looking as sexy as Jamie Doran). Great for cardiovascular fitness, toning, building muscle and shredding fat.

  5. Reformer

    At first glance this piece of machinery can look a little scary, but don’t be afraid gang because this may well be our favorite workout.  You can almost feel the muscles forming and your bod toning immediately. It might be a “bed” but there is certainly no sleeping in this class. The hour class is so fun that it’s usually over before you know it and you’ll be left wanting more.

    Our favorite studios are: Physicore (Mosman, Paddington and Surry Hills), Club Pilates (Willoughby), Emergy Pilates (Rushcutters, Body Ethos (Balmain, FluidForm (Alexandria), Pilates moves Double Bay) and  Powernouse (Brookvale)
