Christmas Sweat Session

We all like to indulge a little bit at Christmas - but why not indulge yourself in a bit of a cheerful Christmas morning workout - It will only take 18 minutes - It will work your entire body and if our Christmas workout playlist doesn't get you smiling then we're not sure what else will get you in the Christmas spirit x

The Workout

Work for 45 seconds, Rest for 15 seconds

and enjoy our Christmas inspired exercises!

1. Putting the star on top of the tree aka Squat Jumps

2. Elf Hops aka Skater Jumps

3. Riding the Sleigh aka Seated Rows or if you have a partner running with resistance bands

4. Reindeers aka Alternating Mountain Climbers

5. Jingle Bell Swings aka  Kettlebell Swings

6. Present Carry aka lunge with a kettlebell carry

Repeat 3 times
