Reboot Workout Day 7 - Revival by Zova

Congratulations! It's the last day of the reboot and you've push yourself through 6 amazing Zova workouts already! Now there's just one more to go!

So far you've powered through cardio and hit the weights, so now it's time to go a little slower (Zova will get your rhythm down pact) and tone those muscles, working your flexibility and stabilising muscles at the same time. It's very important to get variety in your workouts and these toning workouts are important for ensuring your muscles are in top shape for optimum performance (which equals quicker results!)

Revival by Zova

  • 10 Push ups
  • 12 Dumbbell bent over rows
  • 12 Dumbbell woodchops
  • 10 Plank with shoulder taps
  • 12 Standing dumbbell hammer curls
  • 12 Dumbbell overhead tricep extensions
  • 20s rest/catch your breath
  • Repeat (Do circuit 4 times for a challenge!)
