  • Jumping Jacks (60 seconds)
  • 12 Ridiculous Squat Jumps
  • 12 Side Lunges
  • 12 Burpee Star Jumps
  • 12 Alternating Lunges
  • Rest/ Hyrdate (20 seconds)
  • Repeat 4 times!
