Raw Chocolate Tart

Our Marketing Manager Sasha has whipped up this raw tart for our team treats this Tuesday. It's super easy, clean and delicious! Make sure you give it a go x

What you need:

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup of raw almonds
  • 1 cup of raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 15 medjool dates
  • 1 tbspn of coconut oil
  • Chocolate mousse:
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbspn cacao powder
  • 3 tbspn raw honey or rice malt syrup
  • Strawberries to top

What to do:

Blend all crust ingredients until well combined into a thick dough in food processor.

Roll out dough into a thin circular shape.

Line a pie tin with baking paper and place dough inside, pressing into corners and edges.

Leave to set in freezer for 20 minutes


Blend all mousse ingredients until well combined.

Place ingredients in a bowl in the fridge to harden for 15 minutes.

Then spoon mousse into the tart and smooth top.

Leave to set in freezer for 15 minutes.

Chop and garnish with fresh strawberries.

Serve xx
