Welcome to our 7 day reboot workout plan!
We have teamed up with our friends at Zova (who have just launched an amazing workout app) to bring you a 7 day reboot workout plan designed by the Zova team to tighten, tone, lengthen, lean and help you sweat up a storm!
Each workout is designed with specific goals in mind and goes hand in hand with our 7 day reboot meal plan.
We will be releasing the workout each day and you will also be able to access them on the Zova app and download them to your phone!
The Zova App
Zova is a workout app with a difference. All Zova exercises combine custom made music with exercise science to allow you to #findyourrhythm and optimize results.
Zova also integrates with the Apple Health app so you can record and track your progress.
Each day Zova will release our Reboot workouts on their app for you to take anywhere! So make sure you download the app to get started.
What to expect:
- Day 1: Vitality - Work up a sweat with a 20 minute HIIT session and sweat out those toxins!
- Day 2: Warrior - Redefine your strength with this weights based circuit
- Day 3: Energize - Tone and sculpt your legs
- Day 4: Restore - Time to take it easy with a stretching session
- Day 5: Power - Power up with a 20 minute HIIT workout to sweat out toxins!
- Day 6: Stronger - Shape up with a 20 minute strength session
- Day 7: Revival - Tone and condition your upper body
