Going away this weekend and can't make your regular active gym class or routine? Not to fear, here are 3 of our favourite and equipment-free workouts that can be done anywhere at anytime! Now you can keep active all weekend long.
FRIDAY - THE BOOTY BUILDER
One-legged leg work is the best way to balance the strength in yours legs for even muscle tone and definition. This booty builder workout will help you get a lifted and firm butt in no time!
SATURDAY - REP CLIMBER WORKOUT
Start at 2 reps each, then 4,6,8 and work your way up to 20 reps. Trust us...this one’s a killer.
SUNDAY - LEAN ARMS PYRAMID
Try out this pyramid for leaned toned arms. Repeat 3 times for the best results
